That is a question the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office would like answered. The 48-year-old trustee walked away from the David L. Moss Correction Center this morning. He was talking out the trash at the time.
Officials are searching for him in the area around the jail and the IDL downtown. He was being held on a guilty plea to a larceny charge.
