Over a half dozen American Airlines flights are diverted to Tulsa because of bad weather in Tulsa.
Severe thunderstorms in north Texas made it to dangerous for flights to land at the Dallas - Fort Worth Airport. Those planes were dispatched to Tulsa. Many people were forced to spend the fight here and were rebooked on other flights on Saturday.
Southwest Airlines diverted two flights to Tulsa for the same reason.
