A man is dead following a crash on Tulsa's expressway system. 34-year-old James Ripper was killed about 7 last night when his van ran off I-244.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Ripper was on the Yale Avenue ramp when he lost control. His van hit a clump of trees. He was tapped in the wreckage for over two hour Sunday evening.
