With flooding downstream on the Arkansas River subsiding, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is drawing down Keystone Lake. The lake's flood pool is 74% full.
The Corps has increased the volume of water released from the dam to the rate of 40,000 cubic feet per-second.
More rain is in the forecast starting tonight.
