New Lawsuit Alleges Baylor Players Gang-Raped Women As 'Bonding Experience'
It's not the first time Baylor University football players have been accused of gang rape. The latest suit alleges that players gang-raped young women, and filmed it, as a hazing or bonding ritual.
Kansas Archaeologist Rediscovers Lost Native American City
The second largest Native American city in North America may have been in Kansas. In 1601, a group of Spanish conquistadors stumbled on a vast city. By the time French explorers showed up in the area a century later, the inhabitants had been decimated by European diseases and the city was gone. It's in Arkansas City, Kansas, where locals had been pulling "literally tons" of artifacts from plowed fields for years. But it wasn't until a high school kid with a metal detector found a Spanish cannon shot, that a local archaeologist knew he had a match.

The Spokesman-Review in Spokane, Wash., found itself in court when it tried to protect the anonymity of a reader who posted a snarky, and possibly defamatory, comment. The paper says it had an obligation to protect her identity, but there's growing pressure on news sites to reconsider the practice of allowing anonymous comments.

Comeback Kid: Brian Baker Rocks Tennis World
Brian Baker, 27, is a tennis player from Nashville, Tenn., who's had a Disney-like comeback season after being out of the sport for seven years with injuries. Baker started the season as 458th in the world. He's now 79th after making it to Wimbledon's fourth round. Now, Baker will be playing in his first U.S. Open since 2005.
