In Kansas, Politics Over 'Obamacare' Strains Policy
Republican Gov. Sam Brownback, who has vowed to fight the new federal health care law, sent back a $31.5 million federal grant to start modernizing computer systems. Kansas Insurance Commissioner Sandy Praeger says the governor is betting that the new health law will be repealed — and she worries it's not sound policy.

Front-Runner Romney Skips Personhood Forum
A candidate forum was held in Greenville, S.C., Wednesday night, sponsored by the anti-abortion rights group Personhood USA. Participating in the event were Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum, Ron Paul, and Rick Perry. Front-runner Mitt Romney did not attend. South Carolina holds its primary on Saturday.

An Islamist party heads Morocco's newly elected government, part of a wave of Islamist election victories following uprisings across North Africa. But unlike in Tunisia and Egypt, Morocco's Islamists came to power as a result of reforms by a monarch, not revolution in the streets.
