Obama's DNC Acceptance Speech Downsized
The news out of the Democratic National Convention Wednesday was that President Obama's speech was being move indoors because of a severe weather threat. The big speaker of the evening is set to be former President Bill Clinton. Although a polarizing figure while in office, Clinton's name and record have even been invoked by Republicans this year. Women with HIV have a high risk of getting cervical cancer, but the traditional screening method for the disease — a pap smear — isn't available in many poor countries. Now doctors have developed a cheap, simple alternative way to detect cervical cancer, and it's saving lives in Africa and Asia.

Supporters of the ousted president had gathered outside the facility where it's believed he's being held. There are conflicting accounts of what happened. What's known for sure is many of Morsi's supporters were killed by gunshots. Hundreds more were wounded. It's feared there will be more clashes.
