Twisted Arts is proud to present a night of film and music as we raise funds for Advocate Alliance of Broken Arrow’s second annual PRIDE festival. Following the screening of “Gay Choir, Deep South”, Tulsa’s Council Oak Men’s Chorale will perform songs from their recent 25th anniversary kickoff cabaret show.

FILM SYNOPSIS:
In response to a wave of discriminatory anti-LGBTQ law, the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus embarks on a tour of the American Deep South. Over 300 singers travelled from Mississippi to Tennessee through the Carolinas and over the bridge in Selma. They performed in churches, community centers and concert halls in hopes of uniting us in a time of difference.
