It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play
The Broken Arrow Community Playhouse (BACP) is delighted to announce its holiday production of It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play by Joe Landry, running for two weekends, December 5–14, 2025, at the Playhouse, located at 1800 S. Main Street, Broken Arrow.
Performances are held Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m.
Adapted from the beloved Frank Capra film, this inventive retelling transports audiences to a 1940s radio studio, where a cast of radio actors brings the timeless story of George Bailey to life. Complete with live sound effects and holiday music, the production captures the spirit of hope, kindness, and the enduring impact one person can have on their community.
BACP proudly welcomes back director Susan Apker, whose previous work at the Playhouse includes Picasso at the Lapin Agile (2017) and the popular BACP Shorts. Apker has assembled a talented ensemble including Russell Mills, Michael Schumacher, Ron Hackney, Shadia Dahlal, Ben Morgan, George Romero, Stephen Judd, and Chae Page—a cast sure to make this holiday classic a must-see for the season.
Tickets are available now! To reserve seats, call the BACP box office at 918-258-0077 or visit www.bacptheatre.com/tickets.
