Lortondale Club Pool, a historic landmark in Tulsa, is proud to partner with Philbrook Art Museum to host a poolside fine art exhibition on Saturday, May 20th, from 1-5 PM. Open to the public, the exhibition aims to build a creative community in an accessible, inclusive art show that gives historic reference to the pool and surrounding community.

The Lortondale Club Pool has been a staple of the midtown Tulsa neighborhood since it opened in 1956. This event is a revival of the art exhibitions the club hosted in the 1960s. Paying tribute to artists that formerly lived in the neighborhood and highlighting current artists living in the community, it stands as a testament to the pool’s impactful cultural significance.

By championing the Lortondale community and the creatives drawn to it, this exhibition will build a space that is within reach of mainstream Tulsa and generate support for restoration and architectural preservation at the Lortondale Club Pool and the neighborhood at large.
