Investigation Continues

Tulsa, OK – A deadly spree on Tuesday continues to be investigated. Police were dispatched to a Tulsa home where suspect Billy Joe Hammons emerged with a victim at gunpoint. Officer Leland Ashley says Hammons shot and killed a man in an attempted carjacking.
Hammons successful carjacked another vehicle and ran into a utility pole where police found him dead. His cause of death is not confirmed. The carjacking victim is identified as University of Tulsa student Sufeng He. Police are searching for another suspect known to be Hammons' accomplice.
