Tulsa, OK – Okla woman arrested after husband falls from tower

TULSA, Okla. (AP) Tulsa police have arrested a young woman on a second-degree murder complaint after her husband fell from the 25th floor of a high-rise apartment building.

Officers say they received a call about 4 p.m. Tuesday of a possible suicide at the University Club tower. Police say a man in his 20's fell out of a window down to the top of a parking garage on the 8th floor.

Detectives say they determined that the victim, identified as 23-year-old Joshua Hilberling, had fallen after a domestic disturbance with his wife, 19-year-old Amber Hilberling.

Amber Hilberling was taken to the Tulsa County jail. She hasn't been formally charged.

Police say the death last month of another person who fell from tower was ruled a suicide.
