Another "bigger than normal" earthquake in north central Oklahoma. It happened about 10:30 this morning 17-miles southeast of the Grant County town of Medford.
The quake was only two miles deep and came in at a4.2 magnitude. A few minutes later, in almost the same location, there was a smaller 3.1 quake. It however, was much deeper at five miles.
A quick check with emergency management in Grant County shows no reports of damage or injuries.
