Local law enforcement has made another bust in what is believed to be a huge counterfeit operation in the Tulsa area.
Authorities made a 4th arrest last night when officers took 33-year-old Wisam Hibri into custody at an apartment near 76th and South Yale. He is accused of 68-counts of identity theft. Bond for each count is set at $2,000.
The booking report also says he is also being held forgery charges and manufacturing forged instrument complaints. Authorities found drivers licenses, checks and stolen mail in his apartment.
Three other people have been arrested in the last week on similar charges. The cases are believed to be related.
