OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — The new year was about one hour old when Oklahoma City police say the first shooting death of the year occurred. Police told reporters that 17-year-old Rashya Long died about 1 a.m. New Year's Day after being shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex on the city's northwest side. Police say there have been no arrests as of Friday morning.
