Prosecutors say they intend to introduce testimony about alleged synthetic drug use by a Texas truck driver charged with causing a 2014 crash in Oklahoma that killed four members of a women's college softball team. Russell Wayne Staley is charged with four counts of first-degree manslaughter. The Oklahoman reports that Staley previously told investigators he was distracted by something in his cab. The trial hasn't yet been scheduled.
