The body of a missing man is found at Muskogee in the Arkansas River. 21-year-old Brandon Welch had been missing since earlier this morning.
The discovery was made over the weekend by a fisherman at the Three Forks Harbor and Marina. It is unclear how Welch died. The Muskogee Police Department is handling the case. Welch had a girl friend and a three year old child.
