Report: Iraq Had No Chemical, Biological Arms

The top U.S. arms inspector in Iraq contradicts the Bush administration's pre-war claims that Saddam Hussein had WMDs. After a 16-month investigation, Charles Duelfer concluded that Saddam Hussein did not have the weapons but that he aspired to build them. Hear NPR's Mary Louise Kelly.
