Tulsa Police are searching for a gunman following for a fatal double shooting in east Tulsa. It happened about four on Friday afternoon at the Whispering Oaks Apartments near Highway 169 and 11th Street. The complex is almost directly behind the Mingo Valley Division Headquarters.
Police say the fatal shooting could have been drug related. Bags of marijuana were found inside the apartment. As of this writing, no names have been released.
