Oklahoma children get a party too when the new Governor is inaugurated. Incoming First Lady Sarah Stitt is involved in the planning of the Scissortail Children’s Festival.
Tickets to the family event will be much less expensive than the Inaugural Ball tickets, and several hundred will be donated to children and families in the foster care system.
The Scissortail Festival is January 12th at the Aquarium in Jenks.
