U.S. citizen's detention in China may be a topic of discussion during D.C. visit

In June, U.S. citizen and prominent Myanmar scholar Min Zin was taken into custody in China. Min Zin's detention will likely be on the agenda during Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to Washington.
