Please join us Thurs. Oct. 16, 2025 from 5-8pm at M.A. Doran Gallery for the opening reception of "Parallel Visions" featuring new work by artists Siddharth Parasnis and Suhas Bhujbal. Both artists will be present for the opening. Lite bites and refreshments will be provided. Valet parking is available in back.
"Parallel Visions" explores the interconnection of the built environment and the diverse community that inhabits these spaces. Using rich, vibrant color, both artists explore the vitality of their communities and their sense of place. The artwork is representative of community and environments in both the US as well as their native India. Often representations from both locations will be intertwined into a singular painting.
Siddharth Parasnis and Suhas Bhujbal are both painters who immigrated to the US from India in their early 20s. Both now based in San Francisco, their work often combines the sights and sounds surrounding them as well as the communities and environments found in their home country.
"Parallel Visions" will be on view from October 16 through November 14, 2025. For more information please visit madorangallery.com

Tulsa audiences are in for a fright this October as Heller Theatre Company brings back its popular Hellerween Festival for a fourth year. This one-of-a-kind event transforms 101 Archer into a haunted house filled with original short plays that will leave audiences laughing, screaming, and coming back for more.
Six ten-minute horror-themed plays are staged throughout the building, and guests move from show to show, creating an immersive, theatrical experience unlike anything else in Tulsa.
Hellerween isn’t just about the scares. Visitors can also enjoy a cash bar, costume contest, raffle, trick-or-treating, and other surprises throughout the night. The festival is the company’s biggest fundraiser of the year, with proceeds supporting local artists and original theatre in the community.
