Tulsa, OK – The special task force reviewing tax credits in Oklahoma votes to end the practice of allowing those credits to be transferred.
The transfers are happening when a business is sold. State Auditor Gary Jones wants the transfers phased out.
The recommendation came from the task force chair, Representative David Dank. The task force will send its recommendation on to the legislature for consideration. The new session begins in February.
