Tulsa, OK –
A semi-truck runs off a highway ramp near downtown Tulsa and crashes onto the train tracks below. It happened this morning on the I-244 ramp leading onto 23rd street. Martin Stewart with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation says the driver climbed out of the crushed cab and walked away from the wreckage.He was treated at the scene.Authorities say excessive speed or a load shift likely contributed to the crash.
It took some time to clear the wreckage and assess damage before traffic was again allowed to use the exit ramp off I-244.
