Tulsa, OK – Steel beams are going up! Tulsa's last drive-in theatre is coming back to life.
Construction is moving along on the fire damaged Admiral Twin Drive-in Theater. The double wooden screen burned to the ground over the Labor Day weekend in 2010. Now, owner Blake Smith says a new cinder-block concession stand and steel reinforced screens are visible.
Smith decline to say when the theater would reopen, but it is expected this summer.
