Tulsa, OK – If the University of Tulsa and the City of Tulsa come to terms on a land swap deal, Mayor Bartlett wants to create an intermodal system at 56th Street North and Highway 169. Basically, it would be a large warehouse-like shipping location.
It would have access to the airport, rail yards, the highway system and Tulsa's Port of Catoosa.
