Tower Wants Suit Dismissed

File Photo

The management of a Tulsa high-rise apartment building wants the dismissal of a wrongful-death lawsuit. It was filed by a woman accused of pushing her husband out of their 25th-floor apartment. He died at the scene.

University Club Tower filed a motion seeking the dismissal of Amber Hilberling's lawsuit. Hilberling argues the apartment's windows were too thin and led to Joshua Hilberling's death.

Amber Hilberling is charged with second-degree murder in the 2011case. Prosecutors claim she pushed her husband through the window. The criminal case is set for trial March 11.
