Despite a light mist falling, the roads in Tulsa are fine this morning. The temperature is below freezing, but the mist has not had an impact on traffic.
The biggest problem is the bitter cold. While the 6 a.m. temperature in Tulsa was 30-degrees, a strong north wind pushed the wind chill index to 17-degrees.
