OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Earthquakes have again shaken parts of northern Oklahoma.
The U.S. Geological Survey says at least four quakes were recorded early Wednesday, including a 3.5 magnitude temblor at 9:24 a.m. 14 miles west of Perry in Noble County.
Geologists say two earthquakes were recorded near Medford in Grant County. The first, a magnitude 3.2, at 2:30 a.m. 16 miles south of Medford. The second magnitude 3.5 quake was recorded three miles west of Medford at 7 a.m.
Finally, a 3.5 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 2:48 a.m. 16 miles northeast of Enid in Garfield County.
No damage or injuries were reported. Geologists say earthquakes of magnitude 2.5 to 3.0 are the smallest that are felt by humans and damage is not likely from earthquakes below magnitude 4.0.
