Former Oklahoma Governor David Hall is dead. The 85-year-old died at his home in California. Hall served in the early 1970s.
Just days after his term ended he was indicted on federal racketeering charges. He spent 19-months in prison. He always maintained he was innocent. In later life, he wrote a book explaining his side of the case.
Before running for governor, Hall was the District Attorney in Tulsa County.
