Storms Hit Bristow

Forecasters from the National Weather Service are expected to tour a storm damage area near Bristow.

They will be trying to determine if the damage was caused by a straight winds or a tornado. The storm hit in the 5 o'clock hour yesterday afternoon. A tornado warning was posted for the region because of rotation showing up on weather radar.

No people were hurt but property north of Bristow was damaged by the storm's winds.
