Employees at the Reasor's Supermarket at 51st and South Harvard have been told the store is closing. The store is expected to close on May 1st. It is unknown how many workers will be effected.
Reasor's bought the store in 2011 from Missouri-based Food Pyramid. Of the three former Food Pyramid locations bought by Reasor's, only the 41st and Peoria store in Brookside will remain remain open. This store originally opened in the 1960s as a Skaggs Drug Store.
