The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is helping Payne County authorities after a man’s body is found in a burning field near Stillwater. The OSBI says the discovery was made about 3:30 this morning.
They are calling it a homicide investigation.
It will be up to the Medical Examiner to determine how the man died. No names have been released.
