If you were on U.S. Highway 169 during yesterday afternoon's rush hour in Tulsa, you may have witnessed a high speed police chase. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says speeds, at time, topped 100 MPH on the busy expressway. The Highway Patrol eventually got the speeding Lexus stopped near 51st street.
In custody today is 39-year-old Christopher Bailey. There is no word as to why he was running.
