Tuesday's top stories:

• State officials announced Friday that more than 1 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine had been administered in Oklahoma, a milestone reached from the combined efforts of the state health department, tribes, the Indian Health Service and the VA.

• All five members of the Oklahoma delegation to the U.S. House of Representatives voted against the COVID-19 relief bill passed by Democrats this weekend.
