• State lawmakers say they are filing legislation to guard against massive utility bills in the wake of winter storms that put Oklahoma in a deep freeze in February.

• The NCAA softball championship tournament in Oklahoma City could be in jeopardy if the state legislature passes anti-trans legislation currently being considered, per a statement released Monday suggesting the association would pull events from states with discriminatory laws.
