For the first time, since early in the year, gasoline prices in Tulsa are trending below $3.00 per gallon. The price of oil on Friday closed at just over $80 per barrel.

The trend is expected to continue into next week leading up to the Thanksgiving Holiday. Despite the lower pump prices, this is still expected to be one of the most expensive Thanksgivings on record.
