Tulsa, OK – (Please note: This interview originally aired earlier this year.) Today we speak with Dr. Tanya Paul, the Ruth G. Hardman Curator of European Art at Philbrook, who tells us about an exciting exhibition now on view at the museum. It's a wonderful collection of 70+ works by European artists who flourished in the 17th and 18th centuries. "Magnificent Vision: Two Centuries of European Masterworks from the Speed Art Museum" includes paintings by Rembrandt, Rubens, Tiepolo, Gainsborough, and other greats, and it will run at the Philbrook Museum of Art through January 8th, 2012. (For more about this exhibit, you can visit [http://www.philbrook.org/press/article.cfm?id=74] and [http://philbrook.org/exhibitions/current/exhibition.cfm?id=58].) Also on today's show, our commentator Ian Shoales weighs in on the so-called Congressional Supercommittee.
