OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Entries are being accepted for Oklahoma's largest film festival.

The 16th Annual deadCENTER Film Festival will take place June 8-12, 2016, in Oklahoma City. Films will be selected in the categories of narrative feature, documentary feature, narrative short, documentary short, student film and Oklahoma film.

The early bird deadline for entries is Oct. 31 and entry fees vary based on the type of submission.

From comedies and Oscar-nominated documentaries to horror films and dramas, deadCENTER selects a broad slate of films that cater to all tastes. More than 1,000 films were submitted in 2015 from Oklahoma and around the world; 110 were selected for an official screening.

A record-breaking 30,000 people attended screenings this year with an economic impact topping $1.25 million.
