With a jury seated, opening statements will begin in the murder trial of 36-year-old James Poore. He is one of two brothers accused of killing four women three years ago in south Tulsa. The case is being heard in Tulsa County District Court.
The women had been bound and shot execution style at the Fairmont Terrace Apartments near 61st and South Peoria. The case may be drug related.
Once the trial of James Poore is finished, the trial of his older brother Cederic will begin.
