TULSA, Okla. (AP) — A man charged in the shooting of five people at a 2013 Hmong New Year's festival in Tulsa has been sentenced to 18 years in prison.
Twenty-three-year-old Boonmlee Lee was sentenced Monday after waving his right to a trial.
Prosecutors believe one victim was targeted because he mediated a dispute involving Lee's family that was not resolved in his family's favor.
