  • Gov. Stitt downplayed concerns over hospital capacity as "fear-mongering," but doctors, hospital leaders and public health officials have all expressed anxiety over such capacity, especially with flu season approaching and COVID-19 hospitalizations at record highs statewide.
  • Despite record highs for active infections locally, the Tulsa City Council said Wednesday the Tulsa Health Department had not yet recommended any additional restrictions.
