Wednesday's top stories:

• The Oklahoma State Department of Health says they're heeding a federal recommendation to pause administration of the Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccine out of "an abundance of caution," after six people out of nearly seven million developed blood clots that may or may not be linked to the shot.

• Several school boards in and around Tulsa are launching legal challenges to a decision by the state board of education to direct money for traditional public school districts to charter schools.
