FOX23's Jackie DelPilar first reported on Thursday on photos alleged to show Gov. Kevin Stitt flying while not properly masked on Wednesday.

The office of Gov. Kevin Stitt is keeping silent following reports the governor flew out of Will Rogers Airport on Wednesday.

FOX23 reporter Jackie DelPilar tweeted photos Thursday purported to show Stitt not fully wearing a mask while flying to Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.

"Late Thursday as the day of prayer came to a close, a viewer sent FOX23 a Facebook post from Marcel Martinez who claimed to have been traveling from Will Rogers Airport in Oklahoma City when he saw Stitt wearing his own mask improperly," the station reported.

The governor's office has not responded to repeated requests for information on whether, where and why the governor traveled last week.

According to a social media post from Sen. James Lankford (R-Okla.), Stitt was scheduled to appear alongside Lankford and Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) at an in-person fundraiser for Georgia Republicans in Oklahoma City on Saturday, contradicting advice from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to avoid nonessential activities within seven days of traveling. The offices of Lankford, Inhofe and Stitt all did not respond to requests for comment.

Stitt previously flouted CDC guidelines by celebrating Thanksgiving with individuals outside his immediate household.
